At Daniel Jeweler, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Carefully place your item in its original presentation box and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope, ensuring all certificates and tags are included.

  Ship to Our Studio

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to ensure a tracked and insured delivery.

• 4.
  Quality Review & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition of the returned piece, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
